At Arigatoss, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover return shipping when applicable.

  • For customer remorse returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
